Just a little about us:

Alice

Alice has been a Realtor since 1993. She obtained her Broker’s license in 1995, and went on to earn her CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), her GRI designation (Graduate Realtor’s Institute), and her ABR designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative). She is a member of the Montana Regional Association of Realtors (MRMLS), and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Alice has served in a number of real estate related capacities and has also taken an active role in the Libby community over the years.

Alice has been a member of the Libby community since childhood and enjoys much of what the area has to offer including camping, boating, fishing, gardening, and exploring the beauty of this area.

Jim

Jim has been a Realtor since 2001 when he joined his wife and the team of Alice & Jim – Team Hayes Realtors was formed.

Jim is an avid outdoorsman and specializes in Land and Remote Properties. He is a member of the Montana Regional Association of Realtors (MRMLS), and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Jim has been a member of this community since high school and enjoys Much of what the area has to offer including Fishing (all seasons and all types including high lakes fishing), Hunting, Hiking, camping, boating, and exploring all our area has to offer.
